Dr. Tong Li is an accomplished educator with seven years of experience in post-secondary teaching, commencing during her doctoral studies in 2016. Throughout her career, she has guided and shared knowledge with over 300 students in science, business management, and general studies. Dr. Li holds a Ph.D. in Chemistry from the University of Victoria, an MSc in Polymer Engineering from The University of Akron, and a BSc in Material Science from Beijing University of Chemical Technology. Additionally, she possesses an MBA Certificate in Invention to Innovation from Simon Fraser University.
As an adjunct professor at Vancouver Premier College since September 2023, Dr. Li enriches her role with an extensive academic portfolio, comprising peer-reviewed publications and patents. Her interdisciplinary teaching spans science, general studies, and business management, offering students a comprehensive educational experience.
