Credits Transfer

Our separately established Colleges accept transfer from all government recognized public and private universities, colleges and technical institutes. Courses listed on BCCAT are readily accepted as are courses from all major comprehensive academic institutions. Our Colleges have numerous articulation agreements with partner institutions that provide further detail with respect to credit transfer and program access at those institutions. Students seeking to transfer to specific institutions should consult the separately establish colleges’ articulation agreements for details and specific program information.

In general, transfer credit is permitted for courses that have been completed with a minimum C grade (or equivalent) in all programs except for General Studies with a C- grade (or equivalent) to a maximum of 50% of the credits toward a College diploma program. While transfer credit will be counted with respect to the completion of a credential, they will not be calculated as part of the GPA earned our Colleges or accepted as a Specialization or Competency course. In order to process transfer requests, students must provide: official transcripts and detailed course outlines, and, pay the applicable credit transfer fee. Further information regarding when and how to apply for transfer credit is available from the Registrar.
