Online Banking

VPC can be set up for bill payment through online banking of 4 Canadian banks:

  • Royal Bank of Canada (RBC)
  • Toronto – Dominion Bank (TD)
  • Bank of Montreal (BMO)
  • The Bank of Nova Scotia (Scotiabank)

Just follow these 5 steps:

  1. Sign-in to your online banking app or website
  2. Choose Bill Payment
  3. Find out the right payee name from the list below and add it as a new PAYEE
  4. RBC: VANCOUVER PREMIER COLLEGE
    TD: VANCOUVER PREMIER COLLEGE
    BMO: VANCOUVER PREMIER COLLEGE
    Scotiabank: VANCOUVER PREMIER COLLEGE

  5. Use your “4-digit Student ID + Given Name” as the account number. If you still have some space, please also type in your last name
  6. Enter the amount you need to pay

NOTE: It often takes 2-3 business days for processing the online bill payment by the bank. To
avoid late fee charges, please make payment 2-3 business days before the due date.

NOTE: Banks usually charge their clients for wiring service. Therefore, please make sure Vancouver Premier College will receive the exact amount as indicated on your Student Enrollment Contract after the possible service charge is deducted.

Effective January 1, 2021, VPC does not accept credit card payments for tuition fees and most school fees unless students are willing to pay 3% non-refundable service charges. Certain small amounts of administration fees may still be paid by a credit card without a service charge. For details, please check with VPC’s front desk.

Wechat Pay / Alipay

VPC accepts payments for tuition fees and most school fees through WeChat and Alipay. If students use this payment method to pay tuition fees, a 3% non-refundable service charge will be processed. Certain small amounts of administration fees may still be paid without a service charge. For details, please check with Student Services.

Cheque (Personal Cheque-Canadian Institutions Only)

Only for domestic students

Cash

VPC does not accept cash payments for expenses or program related costs in excess of $200. In practice, cash payments must be made in person and in amounts of less than $200 per individual expense item. Cash payments are generally accepted only for administrative, ancillary and related fees, not tuition.
