
Teg Brar has been teaching the hospitality management curriculum at Vancouver Premier College for more than 20 years. Mr. Brar has also gained valuable teaching experience at several post-secondary institutions including BCIT and Fairleigh Dickinson University. Teg’s industry experience includes various supervisory and management positions with Four Seasons, Hilton, Inter-Continental Hotel Group and Hay Adams. Mr. Brar also owns and manages a restaurant in Vancouver from which he has gained hands-on and practical experience in many of the operational areas of the hospitality (restaurant) business.
Teg Brar holds a Diploma in Hotel and Restaurant Management from Cesar Ritz Colleges in Montreux, Switzerland and a Master’s of Science Degree in Hospitality Administration from Johnson & Wales University in Providence, RI (USA).
