Joseph Lo

Joseph Lo has taught the hospitality management curriculum with an emphasis on culinary arts courses at Vancouver Premier College since 2016. Mr. Lo has more than 20 years of culinary and hospitality experience to go along with his more than 10 years of higher education teaching. Joseph is also a professional member of Chaîne des Rôtisseurs which is an International Association of Gastronomy. Mr. Lo enjoys judging national culinary and coffee competitions in Asia and Canada during his free time.

Joseph Lo graduated from the University of Birmingham in Hospitality and Tourism Management and received his Master of Science in Food Industry Management and Marketing from the University of Hong Kong.
