During these times of staying home and self-isolation, VPC keeps its students busy by offering online cooking demonstrations. One in particular was held in April by our very own instructor, Chef Joseph Lo. He demonstrated skillfully on how to pan fry a sole filet with parmesan. We wish we were there to taste the final product because it looked so good – via Zoom!
