Kes Ersin has an extensive professional hospitality-related training background and has been teaching the hospitality management curriculum at Vancouver Premier College since 2018. In addition to his training and higher education teaching experience, Mr. Ersin has more than 20 years of progressively more senior management experience in the hospitality industry gained through a number of international projects and postings.  

Kes Ersin holds a Hospitality Management Diploma from Cesar Ritz College in Montreux, Switzerland; a Bachelor of Science in Hotel and Restaurant Management from UNLV; and, a French Cuisine Diploma from Le Cordon Bleu in London, England.
