Jeff Anthony

Jeff Anthony has been teaching and administering post-secondary education tourism and hospitality-related courses and programs for more than 10-Years. Prior to his post-secondary education teaching career, Jeff was employed in a number of luxury hotels where he gained insights and experience in the events, food and beverage functional areas. An advocate of “Servant Leadership”, Jeff was most recently Chair of the School of Tourism Management at Capilano University where he was also previously employed for 5-years teaching hospitality operations management and advanced tourism sales.

Jeff has an MBA from Edinburgh Napier University and a Bachelor of General Studies from Simon Fraser University.
