Social Interaction and Culture

This course provides an introduction to Sociology through its emphasis on culture, identity, social interaction, relationship and socialization. There are a number of challenges in the world related to uncertainty of economy, income inequality, anger and threats to the natural environment. This course will assist students better understand how society operates. This course also provides a sociological framework for understanding the world around us.
