This course has been designed as a 600-hour Co-op Placement with a business or organization. The Co-op seeks to link the learning the student acquires in the classroom with the practical issues and circumstances that businesses must address each day in their respective operations. The Co-op is supervised by a VPC instructor which enables the student to experience a range of digital marketing positions within the sponsor organization thereby enabling their digital marketing skill sets. The design of the Co-op is discussed with the student and the employer sponsor to ensure expectations are aligned with each of the parties involved. Students are expected to produce a major paper describing their digital marketing co-op experience which will be evaluated by the VPC instructor on a pass-fail basis. All co-op students are required to pass the major paper assignment to graduate from the Post Graduate Diploma in Digital Marketing program.
