Introduction to Sociology

This course reviews the main concepts and practices in sociology that help us understand our lives and helps identify how various influences come to shape our vision, sense of identity and how we interact with each other and society. Students will learn how sociologists perceive the world we live in as well as what has come to known as the sociological perspective.
