Human Resource Management in the Hospitality Industry

This introductory course provides an overview of the major topics covered in human resource management. Accordingly, the course provides both references to the required professional competencies (RPCs) that are necessary for certification as a Human Resources Professional while also demonstrating a line manager’s perspective of the importance of human resource management in daily interactions and in the achievement of line and corporate objectives.
