Digital entrepreneurship is broadly defined as creating new ventures and transforming existing businesses by developing novel digital technologies and/or novel usage of such technologies. After the introduction of computer and information technology, business structure, processes and resources have changed drastically and one cannot think to survive without these technologies. The digital, exponential and combinatorial factors of the second machine age are changing business environments. Companies must now be able to balance mind and machine, product and platform as well as the core and the crowd. A major paper is required to be developed/presented in this course (under the Post Graduate Diploma in Digital Marketing program).
