  1. Hospitality Management Diploma
    • Program Length: 12 months (or 16 months with co-op option)
    • Program Credits: 60 credits
    • Work Experience: Mandatory 200-hour practicum or 500-hour co-op
    • Intake: Monthly

  2. Hospitality Operations Diploma
    • Program Length: 8 months (or 12 months with co-op option)
    • Program Credits: 39 credits
    • Work Experience: Optional 200-hour practicum or 500-hour co-op
    • Intake: Monthly

  3. Certificate of Specialization in Food Service Management
    • Program Length: 4 months (or 6 months with practicum)
    • Program Credits: 18 credits
    • Work Experience: Optional 200-hour practicum
    • Intake: Monthly
